|  | Guidelines/Requirements for aspiring Mercs

1.) For interested applicants, either:
a.) post your intentions on the board
b.) contact
-Ex-O (Forum Admin)
-royg (Team Ambassador)
-LT (Team Leader)
c.) play with the team as much as you can
2.) A trial period is given to any aspiring airsofter who wants to join the RBG Mercs. The trial period has no certain time frame. The team will evaluate every week and will decide whether the applicant passes the trial period or not.
3.) Things to consider in the assessment process:
-attitude towards other airsofters
-attitude on and off the battle field
-style of play
-zombie or not
-passion for the game
once the team is done evaluating and an applicant has passed the trial period, the team leader will make it official by posting the announcement on the RBG forum.
4.) Once an official merc, the new member will be required to obtain the team uniform (digital mj pattern and a flight suit), team vest and radio (optional).
5.) A patch will be given to all new members.
6.) Using ACMs will not be an issue.
